One Heartbeat at a Time

In the stillness between years,

a new direction takes shape deep within,

a quiet stirring in the heart’s hidden places.

Tensions rise as we consider

what must be released,

the worn safety of old patterns,

the comfort of familiar shores.

Yet the heart calls us onward,

beyond sameness and comfort,

toward the unknown streams of becoming.

We step lightly into the flow,

Surrendering to a river unfolding with adventure.

Though the future is veiled,

we surrender to its gentle current,

knowing a new rhythm awaits,

beating in time with our soul’s deepest song.

This is a mindful crossing,

a sacred pause to honor what has been,

and to welcome what is coming,

a year of growth, hope, and unfolding possibilities.

With open hands and gentle reverence,

With steady breath and quiet courage,

we choose the path of renewal,

welcoming the promise of a new year,

with a spirit quietly radiant and alive,

One heartbeat at a time.
